Frivolous At Heart

I was at school and I saw a squirrel carrying a big walnut. I mean this walnut was so massive it was as big as its head. I know that squirrels hide their booty and that they also pretend to bury it in order to thwart their many thiefs-to-be in cashing their bounty. I observed it pretending to bury it a few times and I just had to take a photo of it. The last stop (in the photo) is when it actually started digging into the ground and actually buried the nut. I also took a movie clip of it. I found it so fascinating! I’m going to be an ass and go dig it up (lol) j/k. Squirrels and birds help distribute a lot of the greens we currently have and enjoy this present day!

I remember how I use to stay up late at night waiting for a certain call and the ring tone I had set was called “Vision”. Well I heard it today and it made reminiscence a little about the past. It wasn’t really anything important but what was important was how it brought me back to a moment in my journey when I really enjoyed hearing that tone and how I enjoyed the light. Now all that tone does is makes me teary so for now, I can’t bear to hear it.

When I had a Samsung, the tone use to be “fantasy” for my “fantasy” lady hehe. That’s a good tone too. I miss that tone too. Too bad I don’t have a Samsung any longer. That would probably put my mood off too so I probably shouldn’t have an ear for it either. Perhaps in the future when I have honestly admit to myself, that I have relinquished those attachments then I can come to the realization of reality. A lot of things “stick” to you during the way and it’s hard to let go of such precious moments.

This box filled with reams of printing paper we call our dinner table, cost us 28dollars at office depot. We use it everynight to have dinner. I slip a slipper underneath me bum while wearing the other and having dinner with me mate, Jimbo. We are poor ass students. Actually, we are just lazy to go buy a table. I could build one lol but that’s another story.

God we need more fiber in our diet. All meat and no veggies. At least I have a V8 each day. By the looks of it, If my buddy eats like me, he’s bound to be skinny lol! I’m so mad I left chicken in the fridge for a week and it went bad! I should have put it in the freezer!!! Now i’m out of $8 and no chicken. I’ll cook a whole chicken tomorrow and have it all week. What i need is a whole wild boar and pack that honker in the freezer for the winter. O that reminds me, I need to go buy some MSG.

I miss home, I miss my nieces and nephews.

I finally picked up a cleaver to prepare my chicken! I drove two hours to buy it. That’s a new cutting bored. Plastic and pretty sturdy! Now I need a quality stone to sharpen my cleaver and misc. knives!

It was a crazy night! Winds were quite nippy that night as I recall. Come morning and there was a powerline on the road, debris everywhere, and a lot of people feeling uneasy. I felt uneasy that night myself. The winds howled like a pack of wolves reigning down on a pack of deers. I was frighten none-the-less.

So I needed a trash bin and I was throwing away a lot of boxes and etc. I knew I had a box for the vacuum and I said to myself, “why not use it for a trash bin”, and I did thusly. The current box I was using for a trash bin wasn’t very fitting for the job.

I also purchased a spining tray to store and organize all my pens and pencils. OMG I have so much pencil lead I’m willing to give them away! I think I have enough to last my educational career and after it as well!

m finally back online with persistence and patience. The internet carrier they would be out on the 18th to install our services and we hounded them for a few days for cancelations and it worked out! We are such poor college students it isn’t even funny. Our table for the cable modem and router is below:

My light in my room was too dim and so I purchased new lighting to brighten up the environment. Installed in less than 10minutes=) Cheaper than those regular 60watt bulbs and a lot more efficient in energy! This thing lightens up my whole room!

I’ll be up here for a while to finish up my ‘higher’ education and once I get that over with, I’ll be home to start inserting myself into the workforce. I’ve been to school for the very first week and so far I’m quite impressed. I’m not home sick b/c I have the internet and a warm bed with a good roommate to keep me company! I’m so glad I found this apartment: it’s new and has central air/heating! What I find ironic is the fact that my room is larger than the one I have at home. I know what I need to do if I build my own home=) Larger rooms with their own baths!!!!

I miss Emmy. I say to myself that I don’t but I miss Emmy regardless. I’m starting to adjust to a life of being on my own. No one will take care or look after me anymore thus I would have to refine my senses to look after myself. Emmy did all those chores for me but not anymore. I’m slowly reverting back to my carelessness, carefree, no mind facade to allow a transition of absolute transparency.

This is my messy computer desk. It’s already bowing in the middle. Why didn’t they make the darn top 3/4″ but instead used 1/2″ laminated particle board? The metal tube frame is pretty stout and sturdy but the rest is junk. I’ll take this home with me once I’m finished with my stay. Then take it down to my buddy’s carpentry shop and have him build a heavier top that’s more suited for this style of desk.

I also saw a deer running behind my house. I tried to take a quick photo of it but the screen mesh ruined the focal view and the image shows only the silhouette of the deer.
